Gordon brings over 30 years of experience as a process improvement consultant and finance leader. He has served as a Deployment Leader and Director for a major organization’s process improvement program, managing over $1.5 billion in assets, as well as the Finance Controller/Executive Director for the same organization. Additionally, he has worked as an audit manager with one of the world’s largest CPA firms.
An expert in Lean Six Sigma methodology and tools, Gordon excels at analyzing financial information to drive sound business decisions. He is passionate about teaching others to do the same, helping business leaders identify and capitalize on process improvement opportunities that enhance financial results, quality outcomes, and overall satisfaction for staff and clients.
Gordon has been married to his wonderful wife Suzanne for 32 years, and they have four children and two grandchildren, with more on the way.
In his free time, Gordon enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors with his family. He and Suzanne are avid sports fans and love watching their kids play or cheering for their favorite teams.

Julie brings 28 years of experience in accounting and process improvement consulting, with the last 14 years dedicated to working as a process improvement consultant at a large organization in Montana.
Specializing in Lean Six Sigma tools and methodology, Julie excels at helping teams solve their pain points. She analyzes financial information and data, teaching organizations how to eliminate waste and variation in their processes.
Julie’s engaging personality fosters teamwork and camaraderie, often using icebreakers and fun questions to bring teams together toward common goals.
A Montana resident for 28 years, Julie grew up in North Dakota. She attended the University of North Dakota, married a Montanan, and moved to Billings, where they have lived ever since.
Julie and her husband have three young adult sons. They are avid sports fans, often watching games around Billings or cheering for their favorite teams at home.

Known for his strong communication skills, Scott effectively leads change and collaborates with various groups. He has worked with physicians and nurses to enhance clinical processes, with medical sales and installation managers to develop new workflows, and with assembly line staff to optimize flow and efficiency.
Teaching and coaching Lean Six Sigma for over 15 years is Scott’s passion. He thrives on seeing his students have “light bulb” moments and apply their new skills to achieve their own successes.
Originally from Montana, Scott graduated with a degree in Industrial & Management Engineering from Montana State University-Bozeman. After 16 years out of state, Scott and his family returned to Montana in 2015, where they always wanted to be.
Scott enjoys golfing, skiing, hiking, and recently retired from coaching youth baseball, basketball, and soccer after 13 years. He loves to travel, especially to live sporting events, and proudly shares that he once attended five major league baseball games in a 48-hour span.
